ENGAGE PROVIDEElledanceworks is an all-female modern dance company comprised largely of dance educators.
The Dance company currently holds a residency at Collin College in Plano, TX.
During most of its seasons, Elledanceworks presented local and out of state choreographers and companies with the aim of enriching the experience of live dance for audience and performers alike.
Performances venues in the metroplex include The Bath House Culture Center, The Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Fort Worth Dance Festival, Dallas Morning News Dance Festival.
Elledanceworks Mission:
- to give public performances in dance forms and creative dramatics;
- to sponsor special events involving the public performance of any or all art forms as well as other performing arts by Elledanceworks and/or other community performing arts groups;
- to provide instruction in dance forms such as modern, ballet, jazz, and tap;
- to provide instruction in creative forms such as choreography, improvisation, and dance production; and
- to directly engage in the promotion of the arts, generally
